Coyotes are 2 for 2

Tonight, the Coyotes were put to the test as they took their act on the road for the beginning of a tough trip with the first stop in Anaheim where the Ducks were looking for their first win of the season after losing to the Sharks earlier in the week.
Phoenix wasted no time as Mikkel Boedker got his first NHL goal. He picked up a rebound and looked up to a gaping net which he took advantage of and put Phoenix on top. Steven Reinprecht and Todd Fedoruk got the assists.
Shane Doan wanted to get on the board and he did early as he wads sprung for a breakaway and put the puck past JS Giguere to give Phoenix a 2-0 lead early in the second period. Reinprecht would get his second assist while Kurt Sauer got his first. Shortly there after, Kyle Turris found a loose puck around the net and back handed it into the net for his first career NHL goal. 3-0 Coyotes.
The Ducks started to make a bit of a comeback as Ryan Carter scored but Shane Doan answered on the powerplay for his second goal of the night. The Coyotes would hang on to win 4-2.
Ilya Bryzgalov had a much better game tonight than he did opening night as he made 34 saves to improve his record against his former team. There is alot of guts out there for Phoenix which is helping them win these games but look for Gretzky to find plenty of things to fix between now and the Yotes' next game in Chicago on Wednesday.
